Sold as a pair, the white JBL Control 47HC is a passive 6.5" coaxial ceiling loudspeaker with a multi-tap transformer designed for voice amplification and foreground music reproduction in a variety of high-ceiling venues ranging from retail stores to restaurants. The 60W transformer allows the Control 47HC to be driven by 70V, 100V, or 8-Ohm power amplifiers (available separately). Each Control 47HC is equipped with a durable 6.5" polypropylene woofer and a 1" soft dome tweeter, yielding a frequency response of 70 Hz to 14 kHz, and a continuous program power capacity of 150W.
Utilizing JBL's RBI technology and an 11" waveguide, the Control 47HC delivers a narrow 75° coverage pattern and enhanced speech intelligibility. Removable locking input connectors, detachable grilles, cutout templates, paint shields, and C-ring / tile rail suspension systems contribute to easy installation.
